A: Our wholesale price start from $199 to $ 499 depending on the designs , and some heavily handwork or expensive lace designs will be a little more expensive accordingly

Q: what is your shipping time?
A: It takes 15 - 30 days for production depending on your order quantity , rush orders could be done in 5-10 days according to the designs
Q: How to become your retailer?
A: Contact our consultant to build your personal retailer library, the discount , the sample policy , the privacy retail designs and other details will be sent to you in 12 hours

Q: Is there a Minimal Order Quantity request?
A: No MOQ for any orders, 1 dress acceptable , you will have the special retailer price even 1 dress
Q: Do you do retail business ?
A: No , we work with retailers and business customers only , individule customers will be introduced to our partners in different city / country
Q: Can I make changes on your designs or sent my own pictures ?
A: yes , changes could be made with our designs , and your pictures , designs , sketches could be made with our custom made team
Q: what is your return policy?
Defective, damaged or mis-shipped Items must be reported within 3 days upon receiving shipment.
Please provide credible pictures or videos for our verify, you can return the items with our authorization.
Return shipping fees will be prepaid on your part, and reimbursed by us during refund upon presentation of the shipping receipt ,please contact us and discuss the details
For customized items, are made just for you based on your measurements, choice of fabrics and customizations and once details confirmed by you during process , the order can’t be cancelled for free in production, returned or exchanged.
